Difference between an "A" and a "A+" book?!
I've always wondered this and want to know what the difference is between an "A" book and one that gets the perfect rating of "A+"...or is there?!...for example, I've used Heritage and Diamond for the last several years and both seem top notch to me with super fast payouts...I don't have any qualms whatsoever with either one and so what it is the difference?!

The difference is in how much money they pay SBR for ads, contests, etc.
