i love 5dimes but dang it the customer service can't read

You're right, 5Dimes CS can't read. Every chat they ask me for my account #, even though they can easily see it when I give them my password. Annoying & unnecessary, so I don't give them my account #.

Should be used to typing acct and password. I have it entered before the representative is even in the chat session, not really a big deal.

We enter our account # before a chat session even begins, so why ask us again when they see it on screen anytime we respond? Why doesn't Bookmaker & Heritage ask for account # twice? Probably because they can see it upon our password response, & we have to enter it before chat can even begin. Would you like someone to keep asking your name when they already know your name is Nick, or would you just continue to answer their ignorant question every time?

The same annoyance occurs with every account I have (bank/CC/phone, etc.).
The automated phone menu asks for my account number, zip code, etc., and then when I get put thru to live cs, the first thing they ask is for my account number, zip code, etc.

sbr is a bigger scam than any of these bbooks sbr will let no negativity about 5dimes because 5dimes essentially pays them. If. Think SBR is here to help u better think again. Just look what happen with bet islands

Unbelievable. I saw your thread you started a little while ago and you're right, it's gone now. SBR took it right off the board so nobody would see it. That is really pathetic and shows you are absolutely right. So much for their credibility.

SBR will never let negative publicity get out about 5dimes. For every Customer SBR refers to 5 dimes they get paid a percentage of the player they referred losses. Open your eyes people u really think SBR will help u if u fill out one of those little complaint forms. Look how much SBR helped everyone when bet islands robbed everyone. U think bet islands stiffed SBR on their affiliate checks... Hmmm

long story shot the thread was about some of the 5dimes customer service not being able to read, i had asked for a 250 deposit the guy put it down as 100 he didn tread my chat, then when i gave the info to the other guy i told him i sent 250 he didn't read it and submitted the transaction for only 100 so then my deposit got accepted for 100 instead of 250 and i had to send them a picture of my recipt before they would credit me the rest of my deposit 150, it took forever for them to receive my email and i missed out on a game i should of been able to wager on, one of the guys is new his name is W-----, and the other is a regular night time guy A--- it was a long chat i wasn't too pleased with their ability to not read and let htem know about it
