I sent a complaint (filled complaint form) concerning this sportsbook to SBR.
Long story short:
Your account was blocked yesterday due to breaking the T&C for the bonus PL100 you activated.
In the T&C for the PL100 bonus it clearly states the following.
4. Bets placed on asian handicap, over/under, both team score and baseball both pre-game and In-Play is not allowed
You have been playing over/under and asian hcp while having the bonus active.
According to our T&C we have rolled back your account to the point where you activated the bonus.
Its always the responsibility of the player to read and understand the T&C of any bonus he/she activates.
Your account is now set to Active.
This decision is final.

Usually when one has pending bonus (100EUR, these asian handicap bets/totals bets) does not count to turnover requirements. Instead they STOLE my winnings +3000EUR during this time period only because I placed bets on asian handicaps and under/over bets.I would also like to point out that big and honest sportsbooks (SBO, Pinnacle) take 99 % of their action from asian handicaps and under/over bets.
