We found an error in our BetPhoenix format so should be good now. Let us know if you see a miss again.

These are usually on the book's end in terms of the data they send. Anything you report is helpful and we work on the books with lazy feeds. We are developing a new engine that catches errors/delays automatically but not scheduled for release till 2014.

We'll update you on MB and Bwin which both have new feeds to format. We'll look into Whill too. They are very lite on early NCAAF and only have one game up. If you see a game missing that they have, please let us know.

Something seems to be up with pinnacle totals as well...it never used to show up as +111/+111, -107/-107......etc on all odds and movements

Long story short, our IP changed during the DDoS thing. Each IP needs special permission to pull the feed. They need to whitelist our new IP. We spoke to them this AM about it and hope to be back tomorrow but ultimately its up to them to flip switch and come back.

I see that in the odds history records. It's only recording one side. (is that what you are talking about too) We'll fix. Thanks!

Some pinnacle lines also don't show. Also, the opener is not shown correctly. For example, if i chose pinnacle for opening line, the opener shown is not pinnacles open...it is just the odds at the time the lines came up for sbrodds.

odds services are tough to perfect

so much stuff can go wrong on book end or provider end

sbr does a good job trying to address all concerns

This is true. If a book publishes the match before we have the schedule we will start with what lines are up when we show the event. This will be the way it is until our 2014 engine launch.
