    Pinnaclesports - Passeport required?
I need your assistance, first time I post.

Early August I deposited close to 5000$ at Pinnaclesports.com

Before depositing the money, I made sure with them that my security check is completed and that my account is clean.
They confirmed to me by email that everything is fine and that the better deposit options are wire transfer and skrill.

So I wire transfer the money, played for over two weeks on baseball, won about 15 units.

Tonight, they have blocked my wagering.
So I send them an email asking them what is going on. They answered me back that it`s in their general rules to ask for IDs. So they ask for my passeport.

Is it normal parctice to provide scan copies of passeports? Is it safe?

I hope that they are not blocking my account because I`m winning. they are rated A+

I really need your help here. As anyone ever been asked to provide his passeport?

    Thank you.

It's normal at a lot of books. Not ideal obviously, but they get defrauded constantly so this is one answer.

They have some suspicions, you should send them passport as soon as possible, and they will clear this misunderstanding.

Ok, I took your advice and send them a scan copy of my passport.
I understand that they do that for security check so I complied with theuir request.

Once they confirm that they restored my wager limits, I`ll be closing out this thread.

                  Canada.

No confirmation from their compliance department as of yet. So frustrating.

                  I`ll post back here shortly.
