Betfair SCAM? acc closed...no explanation..no money
Hello, im a recent player on Betfair and I have never had any other account there.
I opened an account and verified it by sending the requested documents.
I deposited via CC v-isa and start playing.
After a few days my account got suspended and I was asked for the CC proof. I promptly sent it and got ok from then, but account still suspended.
Then they asked me for ID and address proof again(which I have already sent after open account).
This non sense actions continued and my account never got back to normal , I couldt even withdraw my money!
After some time I got an email from their investigations team, stating my account was permanently closed and no more discussion on this case.
Conclusion, no explanations, no money back, just stloen and scammed.
I would appreciate any help regarding this, I have already reported this to LGA , IBAS and SBR but havent received any answer yet.
