I know they were not highly rated here but I put in a small deposit to try out the 10% cash back on every bet win or lose as it advertises. last week I made over 170 dollars in wagers so I expected to get a $17 free play(10%) and instead got 6. i asked on live help what was the deal and they said" it's on the total of wins and losses for the week.(i was up for the week 63 so they rounded to 6). I then asked where on the site it says "on totals for the week" and they kept referring me to the 10% cash back statement on the front page which says "Get a full 10% back on every single bet you make, win or lose". if you were thinking about trying it out don't

you're welcome. oh and to top it off 35-50 dollar fees unless you leave 30% in your account. the live help is even more frustrating because I kept asking where it states 10% on NET wins/losses and they refer me to the front page which says the exact opposite.check out the site then go on live help if you want to lose 30 years of your life in stress

didn't know about the 10% thing because it is not stated as net win/losses obviously

it has always been clear that the 10% was on net losses and not net wagers. it's crazy to think you'd get 10% on net wagers

i tried this last year and had the same issue with disappointment in the freeplay. i thought it would be on max action too, not just net wins-losses - might have been nieve but they do not mention as you said what exactly it is. it's like if you stay at even for the week you will be penalized as opposed to losing everything where you get 10% of those losses back.

On the front page it is very misleading. It makes you think if you make a $1000 and win and then a $1000 bet and lose you will get $200 back
