I must tell you my story. About three weeks ago i created account on SBO Betting. I've made one bet and then they blocked my account for bettting, because they want my verification. These are my days:
1.) I've send my first email to them with my ID, CC and mobile payment bill. Then i didn't get answer. I wrote to their live support and response was that they sent me email and they need other statement.
2) My second email was my insurance statement. I didn't get their email response. So again live support. They offered my change my email. So i've changed to my second one. Still i didn't get their mails.
3) I wrote next day on live support how is my verification going? Rejected they said. I said again about my email issue and changed email again. Finally that one worked. And i find paper from bank that i recivied with my CC. On that paper is my account number, adress, everything. Live support told me to send this and this should work.
4) Rejected again. Felt desperate. Again live support chat. They told me to send again insurance bill with all 4 corners visible. I've sent that.
5) Rejected. I wrote email that there's only papers I've got because i have e-banking. They told me to tak screenshot of my ebanking with my adress etc.
6) Rejected. I wrote another email that this is ridiculous. They told me to go to my bank and ask for confirmation that i have account there, with signature, stamp, bank logo, date, my adress. I wrote them that is my last try and i'm pissed.
7) Went to bank. Payed 4€ for that paper. At home i noticed new email and this was it :

We are writing to inform you that your account is registered with Promotion Bonus 'DEPBON4', and as per your request to withdraw your funds without completing rollover requirement, your account has been charged for admin fee amount EUR 13.28 as per our Term & Conditions.

I asked why few times. and these are responses:
3.3.11 The Operator reserves the right not to open an account for any applicant without having to provide any reason whatsoever.
The Operator further reserves the right to refuse/reject and suspend and/or terminate without prior notification the Account of any Customer who is suspected of cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging the Operator's normal betting operations (including the Internet Betting Service).
