This has been a concern of my for awhile. I have been doing well at the sports book and cashing out weekly. I hope we don't have another poker stars or Full tilt on our hands.. I recommend doing the same if your winning.. The Feds are watching..

My understanding is if books aren't doing their banking inside USA (like BetEd was ignorant to do), then the books are untouchable by the Feds.

That is correct. But what our govt. has been doing... if they get the names of these major offshore leaders/owners... they are seizing and putting liens against their properties & businesses that are associated in the USA homeland. So, they have to eventually talk or face consequences of giving up their properties/assets. Tony from 5D told me a couple years back... "I have ZERO ties to the USA... ZERO!!! They can't do anything to me."

Guys, I do not claim to have any idea of what book, if any, will be the next to go down, but let me give you a little hint. The Feds can close down ANY book in ANY nation ANY time they want to. They simply tell the book that ANY transactions made to or from any bank in the U.S. is illegal. They also can find something in one stockholder in these books (most of which are tied into other books) that has holding in the U.S. and down goes the book. It is really easy. I try to avoid off shore books as much as I can. I like giving a cashier my winning ticket and collecting 5 minutes after the event has ended, not 5 weeks.
