Bovada Long phone calls

I decided to deposit on Bovada today via p2p. Why would they not have live chat to do this? I know they used to have live chat but it seems to be gone completely. j

So to do a P2P deposit you are forced to call in. The phone calls take way longer than necessary because they make you confirm a bunch of details and then they have to spell out the name of the receiver which you can imagine is a pain.

So much more hassle than talking to a live chat operator.

Update: So I called in with the confirmation \# for the deposit about 4 hours ago but it still hasn't been credited to my account.

I called in about 2 hours ago and the guy mumbled something to me about there being a holiday today or some BS. He then said that he would credit the deposit before they picked it up. Still hasn't happened though.

Very frustrating.
