Of the 6 mentioned - I think the word SAFE should only be used in the same breath as half of these (Phoenix, 1V and Alliance) - and 2 of the 3 are going to give you bases limits of 250/300 bucks. These 3 I'd feel comfortable with..the others I would be wary of.
