Had a few problems with them accepting and then voiding live bets after the matches have finished... Never been bets I've have lost either strangely enough. Suppose drops into if the line is obviously wrong can just void the bet, but annoying non the less. Have had william hill do this to me as well in the past and similar reasons given. Shame I cant void bets at my discretion when I make an error.
Lines have been ok. Live betting seems ok apart from a few voids. Limited matches tennis wise fine for us sports.
Big withdrawal due soon.. currently 40k into a 50k rollover so will keep you posted on how a 5 figure withdrawal goes....

They voided a few of my bets on Horse Racing... They were winners as well. Not large bets but they screwed me out of about $50

I've since learned you can't bet horses offshore. But nonetheless, seemed like a shady move. So watch out if they are voiding live bet winners. Keep an eye out for that

The rollover on alot of BetOnline bonuses seems to be pretty abusive but overall I think they're a solid book, a 7/10.

Their history and length of service time compared to alot of other books seems good and their betting options and live betting is all great.

My only complaint that brings them from a 9 down to a 7 is their slow pay tendancies. Keep in mind I have ALWAYS gotten paid from BetOnline, probably 3 or 4 payouts, but none of them have been 'fast'.

My most recent one a few months ago was for a 15K wire, which they advertise as their 'fastest payout option, often taking less than a week', yet they strung me along for about 5 weeks before I finally received the funds. At the end of the first week they said 'oh, it takes a week just to process and approve, so just one more week now.' The next week they said 'oh, well now that you're approved, it takes about a week or two for the processor to actually process the wire', then 3 weeks in, still no cash, they next tell me 'oh, well now that it's been approved through our site and through the processor it should only be about a week now like we originally said (WTF??)', and another week after that saying 'well it looks like it's been sent, problem must be on your banks end. Causing me to stress and freak out for another week, and then finally around the 35th-40th day from the original payout request, the money magically populated in my bank account.

So I would say that they are one of my favorites when it comes to the actual software and all, but their payouts, while always eventually happening for me, are always slow as water torture.

Haven't played with them in years. They were a great book once when they were bestlinesports back in 2007 probably under different ownership and -105 juice. Not sure about them today or really any other online booksLocal is they way to go now, with all they hassle to get money overseas.

im on my third payout attempt in 24 hours the first two were cancelled and i hope this one goes thru.if it dont i will not touch my sports book balance and reload a dime with youwager and wait it out. i do think they will pay me ,its just going to be a slow pay.

You guys who are confused about them should really reconsider them right now. They have been showing faster payouts from the ones they were having issues with before. I got a pretty good size payout in a week recently from them. They are also offering some pretty good bonuses for football until the end of the month. So for people not to have some kind of money with them is just not thinking everything through. U guys can do what you wan't but I'm pretty sure they are trying to clean up everything from what I can see, even those old frustrating chats from them before are much easier now.

I know you were kidding around however, some of the newer posters might not.

The latest info I have on this establishment is that they still owe a gentlemen roughly $15k for about a year now. Not to mention a few other things that still being dealt with behind the scenes at this time.

Now in regards to your C+ rating; I think that's a fair assessment at this time with a re-evaluation if the matters I've mentioned are rectified in the very near future.

Well it started out weird,my first two withdrals cancelled!!! but it was justified on there part my rollover was not complete do to other bonuses received in the past and i jumped the gun to fast on them because of past experiences with beted and betilands and wsex.But I have To say im very immpressed with BETONLINE.AG I have received my walmart payout and my check payout witch was changed to a money - order payout has been approved and processed and shipped express mail and is in transit witch i got a tracking number from a very well known shipping company and should have my money orders on monday.I won over 4000.00 on a 50.00 free play and they paid me every penny that i requested in a very very fast manner,im dam impressed a 50.00 doller free play and they paid fast!!!!!!thats it, thats all i got to say.thanks betonline for a great entertainment experience.

I've called in twice, and it took forever to get a CSR. He spoke English, but was a total jerk and ended up hanging up on me, after I asked for a manager. The second time I called it was another long wait, and then I had to wait another 5-10 minutes to get the football bonus added to my account. So far I'm not impressed with the CSR support, other than that the live betting is nice, similar to Bookmaker. I guess we shall see what happens when I go for a withdrawal.

That's why this book is a scam. Why do you have to rollover bonuses that you already loss money on including the original deposit to get that bonus? This is how they find a way to delay your payout. You can have a bonus as far as 2008that you never rollover, yet in 2013 five years later they still want you to roll that over. F...k this book. Every online book, DSI, Youwager, Intertops, all resets you once you lose everything and have to re-up again. These guys were good to me years ago, but their business model with their hidden delay tactics is right up their with BETUS.
