The bet they accepted was ruled no action and was a winner...

Their highest up "Customer Service Manager" was a lady from the Philippines that could barely speak English. I made her aware that I was a customer of 10 years (bodog before this) and had never had an issues like this and she shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do.

Never use this site. Ever. If it is the last place on earth, never use it.

    HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service!!!

i hate bovada with their "oh this is a recreational book" bs every time you ask them a question.

and their anonymous poker tables but at the state we are in right now, it's one of the better books for us americans.

at least they pay in time...

Obvious bad line. If you really think a market price of 2 pro golfers carding the same score at the 18th hole at Murifield is 27%, you're even dumber than you sound.

It was a bad line. The correct line should have been tie -260 or something similar. In fact, I would say that 80% or better scored a PAR on the hole. And you believe it should be better than 2:1?

And this just in, I have the transcript of the call and have been able to translate her response to you in English. She said, "You are an idiot. Please go lose money on a different wager"

then you bet into a bad line. no way a tie outcome should be +260

Dude, that +260 was as obvious of a line error as it gets. I bet those all the time. They posted +260 instead of the -260 it should have been. They know it, and you know it.

I also love how it takes one no action bet, one bad experience with their customer service, in 10 years with the book for him to go completely over the deep end.

You got your $10 back. Go waste it on something else.

clear line error and its not even questionable. Did you really just register to complain about this? Bovada is one of the top notch books available to US players and I have never had any problems getting paid by them.

They did this on a bet I made last year during a NFL game.

It was a live line that was ridiculous.

I hammered it and won, then they cancelled the wager. I understood their reasoning. It was a bad line. Some team had the ball left up 7 with 2 minutes to go and the line was -7.5 so I took the underdog + 7.5.....

I wonder what would have happened if the team winning had broke a huge touchdown run and I would have lost. I bet they would have honored then. LOL.

Either way it was a bad line. I didn't really understand it when I saw it so I jumped on it.

You would think the books should honor the lines if they put them up. This has happened to me in soccer as well.

ok, i guess they remove after two failed attempts, I tried using a new card that was declined and the green dot I have had on file for years is no longer, guess i'll just have to call it in.
