I lost 20K in a weekend during ncaaB, they sent me a leather duffle bag(very nice) and two coats. It think that loss actually cost me 30K becuase it was on a CC a decade ago. used always get a check in 3 days tops from them.

they also have payout methods like check by FedEx on their web site that they have not offered for over a year
they dont offer wire
they dont offer book transfers
one time they told they offer debit cards, a week later after i applied and got the card they told me they dont offer this service anymore

if you are a US player you are fuked, the only payout option is ** or ** with very high fees

thats their way of holding your money
