PointCasino Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has vowed to revisit the outstanding cold cases submitted by players earlier in the year. PointCasino players filed complaints alleging that their winnings were confiscated after the sportsbook retroactively amended their bonus terms to restrict certain types of wagers. At the time, PointCasino refused to change their ruling.

I think the video breaks it down pretty well, but it's indeed not a shop many have heard of. Those are usually the ones that find themselves in disputes like this. To their credit they claim to be willing to go back and revisit these cases, and if they make it right, then we'll update accordingly and players should give them the benefit of the doubt that it was indeed inept management in February.

Anyone who deposits even $100 is a moron. Changing rules is something only stealing books would ever do.

Unfortunately the book is making settlement offers to players, who understandably are accepting as they feel they've got no choice and after writing off their funds months earlier are happy to have a chance at any of their money back.

We were hoping PointCasino would shoulder all responsibility for what led to the complaints but that doesn't appear to be the case. Look for a follow up report tomorrow!
