still down. I've tried on chrome, IE (I managed to get to the log in page and got run time error), & on my iphone using their mobile site. Nothing works.

Their site can really drive you crazy:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Try clearing your cookies and/or history of visited sites, think i had same problem before and it wasnt pinnacles server fault.

So my last advice would be to try clearing your browser cache (no idea what that means, but one of those worked for me)
