I have an idea for a new type of wager (similar to a parlay). Does anyone know what contacts at sportsbooks would have to approve the concept in order to implement it.

Also, I know this is a lot to ask since this is online, however does anyone have a contact within the industry I can contact (it can be email) to learn more about this approval process?
