    Pinnacle Sports IT Department and Customer Service are BoneHeads
    So my account won't login so I thought I would tell them about this problem. They come back to me telling me their IT department checked that packets are dropping and that is why it won't login from my computer. Okay I did an IT degree so I worked around it and used my phone as well as someone else's internet and I told them this after they gave me that first response about it being my internet and look what the boneheads said back to me.Dear Client;

    We regret however as advised in our previous email
    we can only suggest you contact your ISP to see if they can determine where these interruptions in your reaching our site occur.

    We regret for this inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

    In order to prove these boneheads wrong I made a fake account on there and bang no problem logging in from my phone or computer and I went onto to tell them that it might a problem directly related to my account not my internet and I am currently awaiting a reply. I think are a bit perplexed by this problem. Never met such pathetic IT support or customer service... Ill keep yous posted.

      Not really lately. What I don't get is this so called IT department could of said hey man make a new account and see if it works and if it does its your account and not your Internet. But these jerkoffs point blank said its my internet, how do these guys even get jobs? They were replying really fast before and now they haven't replied when I proved them wrong....

        Pinnaclesports just insta suspended the new account I made that works,, but no reply yet. Seems like these guys got there priorities right, the minimum wage customer service officer must be exercising her account suspension ability within her job but can't do nothing else to help...

                Fine here, just withdrew a large chunk before end of month. I imagine they have mirrors, have you tried one of them?
