one of the high rated sportsbook.....
so looking to make a wager on a baseball game that goes off at 715 this evening eastern time....at 702 i click and then a message comes up saying the line has changed... (juice went up) i canceled bet...i wait 60 seconds to log back in.....line is as before when i originally wanted to make a bet (no increased juice) i click on it again a nd it tells me the line has changed again.....so i cancel yet again......now......to see if this was true on the other side ..i waited another 60 seconds logged back in ..line never changed as the first time i viewed it ..took the dog......no changes....what gives a sportsbook ( one that is rated B or more) the right to do this if any?

This is unacceptable and if it continues you might wanna consider playing elsewhere.

It happened to me before and also with my locals using pph. Im sure youre beating the place and Someone at that book went to your account and activated that option to slow you down. So, I'm sure it won't change any time soon for you.

Bovada notorious for this - a few others I can think of that have done it to me in my time offshore that I no longer use (SIA)

Everyone complains about Heritage, but I never had this experience their. BetJM was bad about it years ago - but never noticed Heritage. Perhaps I never let them build up enough experience on my bets there.

Just a quick search of the OP's past postings shows he's used SBG and Bookmaker - only one of these carries a B rating or better here. Bookmaker is one of the few solid books I know of dealing 20 cent lines on bases. I have never heard of them dealing a dual line, nor would I suspect they have any reason to - they would gladly take the volume at a 20 cent vig. They arent that stupid to get overly greedy and try to pad a few cents imho.

To the OP - Why are you playing at a shop with 20 cent bases lines...many good outlets with a dimeline still these days. I'll grant you they are drying up (espc. if you dont like dealing with sportsbook owners who fancy themselves as god himself), but your better off using Heritage/YouWager than any shop thats dealing a 20 cent line setting if you need limits in excess of a dime.

I tried to make a second half wager last NCAA hoop season involving Michigan State.
Line the book was offereing was Sparty -4 1/2 -115.
Liked Sparty a lot in the second half, I entered 162.50 to win 150.
When I went to hit enter, told me line moved to -4 1/2 -120.
Said screw it, no time to shop around, put in 180, moved again to -135.

mybet does that. if you are logged in for some time and you want to place a bet and the odds change against you you get the message that the odds have changed. I placed to check on them 1 euro bet on the opposite side and of course they accepted it. After refreshing the lines the odds for my 1 euro would have brought me 10% more

Exactly, any book who refuses to pay because you mention their name is not a book you should have been at to start with.

I understand a reluctance to call anyone out..but a SBR rated B or better book isnt a small operator.

I wouldnt hesistate to name a book after ive reached out to them to resolve a problem and they responded (or refused to reply).

Dealing duel lines happens at some shops. Just pack up and move your business if it bothers you. No need to sweat getting paid because you complain.

Like I said, BetJM was bad about this with me..but they paid like clockwork. Take the good with the bad sometimes.
