I took the SUB,withdrawed and deposited again for a reload offer.
but this time I was unable to place bets.
Decided to withdraw and they canceled my withdrawal /second transaction/
and then confiscated my money.

They added this to their terms:

8- La promoción solo es aplicable a usuarios registrados con DNI/NIE.

But there wasn't this in their terms when I registered. Where can I write complaint?

Hi, i am from Spain, and i see the problem is you don´t have your residence here. The law started one year ago, and until now everybookies have been safe, so i dont know exactly the process for a complaint. The goverment regulator is DGOJ ( Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego). There is a section to complaint on his web :

But you need an electronic certificate, so you can write to:

their answer is: "Te fue concedido el Bono de Bienvenida del 100%, pero no debería haber sido así.Este Bono solo se concede a residentes en España con DNI o NIE."

ok,but do they have the right to confiscate a new deposit?
