i placed a in-game live bet and instead of 1 unit i placed 10 unit bet by mistake. i instantly went to live chat and told them the mistake and asked them to void the bet. They took 2-3 minutes and voided the bet, even tho the total didnt go in my favor ( went 5 points up when was voided, i had the under ) i would be a huge hit for me if they didnt voided because it would be a lost bet...

B365 is amazing.. They voided my bet yesterday because I was under the impression that 0-0
ML in soccer is a draw no bet. Rules stated otherwise but they gave back my $120 turned it into $800 and cashed out got the money this morning. On another occasion I bet in play bet not knowing the pitching change and bet got half voided. Really like their service AND I'm a winning player

Bet365 customer service has always been very good. The problem is if you have any hint that you know what you're doing, they are so damn quick to limit your max limits to peanuts. When they accepted U.S. customers, they had really opinionated lines on live betting and huge middle opportunities existed on a daily basis. Those were the good ole days.

defiantly one of the best, yeah you will get limited if you know your $hit but for the casual punter they are fantastic and offer pretty much whatever your heart desires....

True that they will limit,hard sometimes... but every time, if you want to place a larger bet, just asking, and 99% of the times they will accept...
