They are top notch. I have no reservations playing there. While I have been collared there, it was done so fairly. This could be an "A" family of books.

I am inclined to say "A".
But I haven't actually had a payout from there in a long time. Never a problem in the past - and I haven't heard anything recently that worries me - so I'll say "A".
I like their lines and all-around operation a lot (although I like sister book ABC Islands better.)
Again, I'm not working from recent memory. I settled on ABC Islands over Jazz quite awhile back - because ABC had lower juice in some situations. If that has changed I would be curious to know.

Nobody gets collared at Jazz. Jazz takes professional action just like Bookmaker. You can be collared at ABC islands, after that they send you to Jazz.

I've been saying Jazz is an "A" book for quite sometime gentlemen. However the only thing I don't care for there is their withdraw fees because they are very high for U.S. players.

I used Jazz this football season for the first time. I liked the site and really liked thier teaser rules (6 point teaser -110, but ties win). My lone concern was I funded using Moneygram and got a 15% bonus. When I went to withdraw I used Moneygram and the fee was 11%. Not complaining too heavily because I basically paid my fee using the bonus, but it did seem high.

B.
Jazz needs a check processor for US clients. Currently we can get only $900 at a time (**) with a $92 fee--too much. To their credit, payouts are same day. Just think they should have more withdrawal options for Americans.

One annoying thing...
If you've ever transferred in by sportbook transfer they will never payout any other way, regardless of whether you've transfer more back out. On top of that, only book they do transfers with anymore is cris.

I'll add that to the B2B transfers list. However, when did this go into effect because this is the first time I heard this news.

I spoke with a representative from Jazzsports last night, and they said they only do B2B transfers with Cris right now.

I have no idea BBD, you need to contact them, i found it under "banking" as the last option.

They are baaaaad. I've been waiting 3 months for a 6K payout. They claim they are having trouble with processor. Beware.

I received my first payout from them last week. Customer service was good and I received my money the day after I requested it. The problem was I had to withdraw using the same method in which I deposited, which was MoneyGram. $165 fee on a $2k withdrawal, very steep.

9XL for me this was not that. I deposit neteller but could only withraw bank-wire( Their neteller-account was empty) This was about 1 year ago.
The money arrive bank-wire but with huge fees and . This books looks smaller than I thought. to me and my funds never felt safe here.
Thats why I give them D- or F
I never re loaded.

i hit them for a decent amount a couple years ago and while there were delays with the checks, fees were waived for the delays and I always received the checks eventually. Now they don't even have check payouts which is very concerning.....and they don't seem to be making any type of effort to improve their processing. I'd consider re-upping there if they had click2pay and/or check withdrawals (with reasonable fees) but since they don't, there are plenty of better books out there.
