Creating a thread requesting insight on whether or not to accept a $20 no deposit bonus? Pretty funny. The site is rated F for a reason. Technically, people have been paid by running it up according to Oddsmaker's rules but the bonus is worth about as much as they are asking you to deposit, which is nothing.

they actually don't even give $20, it's bonus money released in increments as you bet.
