Owner of Apex Sportsbook (SBR rating F) scam building new sportsbook, BetPinoy

The new website, which is part of the Bet33 operation that was built on the stolen funds of Apex Sportsbook players, states that it's "The most trusted sports betting site in the Philippines." BetPinoy is not in the Philippines nor is the incomplete website known by people in the Philippines. The website will likely be used to target specific players on customer lists by phone.

These scams must be profitable. This McPhail dude has been doing these for years.

Bet33 has been taking small bets since Apex went under and are actually paying these players. Two things are clear, the owner owes money but instead built a new book, and if a player scores big the book doesn't have that kind of money. If they did they wouldn't pretend entertain the idea of paying an owed players $4,000 and then fade out of communication.

Well even if they were in the filipines that statement about them being the most trusted sportsbook there would mean NOTHING. I live in the filipines off and on...and trust me...the filipines has some of the lowest standards of trust worthiness that I have EVER seen.

That is not to say that filipinos are dishonest...they are not. It is to say that they are so used to getting shafted by their goverment and everyone else they are just oblivious to most of it..

Having said that....the filipines is a GREAT place to go for many reasons. One of them is that online gaming is legal. The other couple of reasons are that it is cheap to live there and the WOMEN are fantastic.
