Depends on how big you bet and what your edge is.

For most people they'd be better off if they were banned everywhere.

You would have to calculate the edge you're giving up.

For example, say you're beating baseball at x percent, and are now forced to bet standard lines instead of reduced juice. Take the difference between your average price and the average price offered at 5d, multiplied by your volume and that's how much its worth to you.

For others, 5d offers lines that some other books don't carry at all, so the difference there is the entirety of your expected profit over a lifetime.

For someone to say some blanket statement like $10k is ridiculous.

For me, I would pay > $1,000 per month to have access to 5d. For someone else it could be much higher or much lower.

Would have to totally agree this is more of a case by case situation. Different services have different value to different types of players i.e. markets, lines, player handles, and deposit sizes. It would be really hard to quantify the general value an out has to every type of customer since there is so much variance in the different kinds of players.
