Well... it appears Spiros has been released on a $2.5 million bond. Got to love the Westerm District of Oklahoma, in Oklahoma City. Anyway, many think the charges will be thrown out of court considering Spiros was part of a real estate deal involving the building Legends was operated of and not part of the ownership or management of the bookmaking service.

#4OK... I heard it incorrectly. It was Luke King (Bartice King), a owner of Legends, who was released on $2.5 million bond. Is different than Spiro who is still out on the $1 million I believe.Comment -

#5Man, with a 95 page indictment they must of covered everything but this one statement by the Oklahoma US Attorney General is so disrespectful of the laws of sovereign nations and then his assistant basically parroting him... quote> U.S. Attorney Sanford Coats of Oklahoma City said the charges culminated a multiyear investigation by the FBI and Internal Revenue Service. "The defendants cannot hide the allegedly illegal sports gambling operation behind corporate veils or state and international boundaries," Coats said. The WTO ( World Trade Organization) which the US is a member of, has repeatedly stated and ruled in favor of foreign nations offering internet gambling services and sided against the US in about two dozen cases, so I would think that international boundaries do have meaning when applied to US law. This includes the recent Antigua case which the WTO even awarded Antigua a few million dollars in damages against the US. So now Antigua is saying because the US violated WTO agreements they no longer have to honor them either when it comes to US patents and copyrights, allowing Antigua to now reproduce anything they want and sell internationally ignoring any of the US patents and or copyrights and not have to compensate any royalties or fees due to any US individual or company. Also, the Assistant Attorneys General said According to Raman, “These defendants allegedly participated in an illegal sports gambling business, lining their pockets with profits from over a billion dollars in illegal gambling proceeds. Today’s charges demonstrate that we are as determined as ever to hold accountable those involved in facilitating illegal online gambling by U.S. citizens, regardless of where the business operates, or where the defendants reside.” Seriously, what douche of a black hole did these guys come out of to think they determine the laws of other sovereign nations. PLease... if this really was the case then they would try and prosecute and convict a Panamaniam or Costa Rican national... good frickn luck, not gonna happen. Do not have any specific links, it is easy just to Google and a ton of stuff comes up.Comment -

#7"Seriously, what douche of a black hole did these guys come out of to think they determine the laws of other sovereign nations."
The police state which is the USA is the world's largest penal colony.
The government has no problem kidnapping and torturing, and has declared that USA citizens can be killed by drone strikes.
It has been running a concentration camp for years at Guantanamo.
This is nothing for them.Comment -

#8Will work on it... it is a dialect issue, not a contraction issue. I tend to type how I am thinking which is how speak when posting... instead of composing in a more formal manner.Comment -
