Well.... they are on the Futurebet platform which has a bit of a bumpy history though TopBet has claimed to do their own processing. Given the time of year and their history I would just give them a bit of time and hopefully you will get your money. Good luck...Comment -

Ok here is the story, this book kept pitching deals to me with letters and emails, I finally took their offer of 50% freeplay with a first bet wager back guarantee of $100 . I lost a $100 bet, the first made with the account and asked for the promised $100 refund, it was march 2nd, they said they would review my request and get back to me on April 30th. I waited a month for these morons to tell me I didn't ask for my refund in a timely manner, enough said, Im just glad I didn't give this shit book a couple of dimes.Comment -
can confirm that my most recent and final topbet payout was deposited and looks like it's going to clear. it could still bounce, but at this point i think it's going to be okay. the last one did bounce and it was never in my available balance. this one is available.
all in all, received ~8 payouts, one bounced but they did supply a replacement. cashout times could definitely be quicker, average was around 3 weeks from requesting to receiving. tracking numbers could be provided earlier. i am done with this book for now, but would be open to playing with them in the fall if they're still afloat then. would be nice if they offered more options for deposit/withdrawal.Comment -
