Does this have any chance of becoming a reality? It would be a clear violation of the Interstate wire Act. But if passed could put 75% of all offshore books out of business.

I don't know where you come up with "75% off offshore books will be put out of business." The benefits of offshore far outweigh betting in Vegas just because it's "legal."

Agree, no way 75% of books go out of business, the ONLY thing Vegas would have over offshore is you know without a doubt your money is safe, your money is not being sent to some jungle in South America.

Offshore will still have better lines, plus they give away free money in the way of bonus and freeplays.

It may be good for competition. Time will tell.

What books are located in South America, let alone in the jungles of South America?

I stand corrected, San Jose, Costa Rica (5dimes, BetDsi) are in Central America.

As for jungles, i was just being a smart ass.
