Good(if not ..the best..) inplay odds for soccer, you can find at 188bet , sbobet , ibcbet. These are all asian bookmakers of course.
I would reccomend (?some)caution when playing with asian bookmakers though.. after what happened with pointbet..
Mansion88.com also offers good inplay soccer odds. However, after mansion.com(which is owned by the same "group" as for mansion88) closing its services(not such a good sign), I would avoid it.. for a few years

I have a question with you though, IBCBET uses agent right? Am trying to stay away of bookies using agents and they (IBCBET) referred me to 12BET, they do have good inplay odds, but, it is always good to have a couple of good asian books.

I would also stay away from any so called "agents". I saw a complain on another forum, where a player acused a so called "master agent" for stealing about 157,000 US dolars from him. Use moneybookers if you want to play there or choose 188bet(I don't think they require agents.. & they have very similar odds - ibc, sbo and 188bet that is).
Still, if you want to use agents, play with caution, not large sums so you wont have to suffer in case something goes wrong..
