Anyone could use 1,000 point FP. I'm assuming you're either the 8-2 or 8-1 that's on the leaderboard, did you make a pick yesterday and how did it do?

Edit: Just saw your post, that sucks, I took the Braves as my play. If you are 8-2 its you me and likely a couple others tied, or did you finish 8-3?

They show the guy above tied, He shouldn't be in tiebreaker since the tie should go against him!! I know he won yesterday and if they don't count the tie against him he obviously entered the contest one day before us.

I still have to beat out the other guy on the tiebreaker, so we will see, not that I care but waiting on the $25 FP to be credited still, I trust DSI will get it right soon, but I sure ain't holding my breath.

I was just on livechat with them. The FP's for streaks should have been credited, at least my $25 one was, in the last 5 minutes. I told them I was a bit more concerned about the $1,000 one that the standings seem to have just disappeared for, and she told me that that department had been notified and is looking into/working on the case, but that their is no way to contact that department directly.

When I asked about the freeplays at first she said "they will be credited in 10 minutes", so I assumed that meant all, but guess not.

Maybe you just want to go on there and talk to them, or since its only $25, just wait til they work it out.

Two other people and me tied, guess I have to go on livechat again and ask how the tiebreaker played out.

I was awarded a $167 FP. They said its my share of the April wins FP.

Sorry if I am screwing anyone over, but I deserve more than that, so I am asking them how the heck there is a tie when you have specific tiebreaking procedures spelled out on your sight, and they are looking into it currently.

There were 8 people with 8 wins, 3 of us were 8-2. I'm going to press to get at least $333 out of this, cause I have no problem if they drop the last dumb tiebreak, but the win percentage one is a good rule.

Dunno. This whole contest has been a struggle for them. I've bugged their CS enough, one of the reps said he was looking into it for me, so I'll report back what he says tomorrow.

Finally got it all cleared up. Talked to the guy in charge of the contest. Good dude, went above and beyond what's expected.

Moral of the story, since it wasn't even half a month, they halved the prize pool and got rid of the tiebreakers for April. Everything will be run as it should according to the rules in May and beyond. Since they tossed me in circles and took forever to respond, awarded a $50 FP and offered the equivalent of the Derby300 promo whenever I choose to make my next deposit.

Not exactly happy with the outcome, but I think it is fair, and the other offers of compensation more than make up for their mistakes. So once again, thanks DSI, even though it was slow, you did seem to get it right in the end as usual.
