Just opened an account with them about 2 hours ago, deposited and then did not receive my bonus. Went on live chat with them and asked them why i havent recevied my bonus they stated that you can only receive it once you have wagered all your inital deposit.

Fair enough, i understood.

Yeah i sent them before, however i have read some similar reviews and people are saying 10bet keep making excuses and permanently shut down their accounts!
