Hello, i have a huge problem with williamhill.com they have closed my account , i couldnt log in, when i try to login i get error: acc02, i talked via livechat, they asked me to send, my passport and proof of address, i have sended them, and after that they asked me to send passport near my face and proof of address near my face, i sended everythig they asked, and after that , they told me to wait 24hours, after about 8-12hours i writed again via live chat, and they told me that my account remains closed! i sended all documents they asked! i asked them to withdraw all my balance to my moneyboookers account! they denied after i gaved all documents they asked! my current balance there is 796.71 eur, (i have screenshoot with it), the livechat guy told me my balance ( have screenshoot with it ) what i can do about this situation? i already filled complaint form to sbr.

yes i sended my passport near my face.
and two proof of addresses near my face as they asked IT.
and still they are refusing to open my account and to pay my remaining balance.

my account is about 3years old, by that time had alot of deposits, and alot of withdrawal, never had any problem to be fair.
Mainly i bet on basketball, but had alot of football bets, football acumulator bets.Comment -

Kestbra, the problem is there are crooks all over Eastern Europe trying to rip off books so they have to give everyone the 3rd degree to protect themselves. Like all crimes, the punishment for getting caught is nowhere near severe enough so criminals will continue to ply their trade and you have to pay the price for it. We have the same problem here in the U.S. as our criminal court system is a laughing stock as our courts are stuffed with liberal democratic judges just itching to let criminals off the hook for the crimes they commit.Comment -

ACC02 code means, that they need verification.
This means age (ID, passport etc) and address (bills) verification, after which most hopefully they will reopen the accountComment -
