5dimes not good for book to book transfers, here's my story

So I go to transfer funds to my betdsi account and they say that I can't transfer funds to betdsi because I haven't transfered funds from my BetCris account into their book!!??!!

WTF is that? They never mentioned anything about that little gem until after you try to transfer funds. It's ridiculous to say the least. Just another ploy to try to get you to keep your money with them. Thumbs waaaay down

it sounds like you got a retard on the phone. there's no shortage of braindead csr reps working for these places. i'd suggest you call back and get someone else. my experience with 5d book to book transfers has been very good

Nope. I just checked again and the CSR told me on chat that it's up to the managers discretion. It was around 7k but still that's shady as all hell. The manager just decided to say no so now I have to pay a lot of money to get it all out by **. This is an A+ book?

ok here's the update. I went back on chat and a new CSR told me that the manager had denied the transfer. I asked if I can send a smaller amount then she comes back and says the manager approved it. Seems kinda fishy but I just got the funds in my betdsi account so I can't complain, I just don't get the run around. They are more than happy to take your money but not to give it. I guess I just don't like getting the run around when it's my money we are talking about. Anyway thanks for the advice guys. You saved me some time and money. Cheers!
