Youngest agent/local you ever met?

Currently the youngest guy i know is 19. But i know guys in there 40s and 50s now who started at 16,17.... This is the bx tho lol

LOl....all it takes is a lot of "clients"...a small # can bury you.....but with enough people....you almost can't lose...

I know a guy who tried to start me up....but i didnt trust most of the people i was involved with....and they are dumb and toss my name around ...

start with 20K, people you trust and DONT LOOK BACK!!

A lot of the really good locals now started when they were kids. But im sure it was a lot more common back 20 yrs ago compared to today.
