    UNIBET canceled my winning multi bet
    Hello i have registered at unibet and made deposit after some time placed multiple bet with 100LTL (~29e) it was accepted with odds .I went to my account ant captured my placed bet to have information in my computer.After i saved my placed bet i loged out of my account.All selections won.When i loged in to my account next day i was shocked the balance was not 251LTL (~73e) but the same 100LTL i deposited.I send email my placed bet to support asking will they pay my winnings.Where was no answer for 3days.Finally i get answer from them

    According to your Unibet account informaion, the bet in question you placed on 03/03/2013, 14:47 with the stake of 100 LTL returned back to your Unibet account balance on 03/03/2013 , 14:48, due to the bet coupon was not accepted. It can happen if the odds for a particular match changes in that moment when you try to place the bet. In this case you can try to place the bet again with the new odds.
    Sorry for any inconvinience caused!

    The support started lie to me,the bet was accepted and the money was taken from my account.There is also bet number seen in my captured bet.If the odds changed i would not loged out of my account and replaced my selection.Mailed support again and said that bet was accepted and i want to get my winnings.Got answer what they contacted such department to investigate it

    There was no answer several days so i contacted them again is there any update about my query.And finally got this

    Whats no fair to cancel bet after it was confirmed and not to say sorry and pay such small ammount for them.Is there still a change to do something to get my winnings?

      I am sorry that you had to deal with disruption caused by construction has been canceled.
      I have several times contacted Bet Department, which confirmed that the bet has been canceled once, in a minute she did.

      They say sorry and not want to pay my winning placed and accepted multi bet.And they lie it was canceled 1min ago,when i loged out i was about 2 min online and balance was zero,no money was received back.Where i can complain about that it is not fair from them.
