Why is "WillHil" live-odds down for a LONG TIME?

Bwin been down even longer...

I might conceivably open an account at "888" one day, and I don't think I have EVER seen that one functional

I'd really like to get Willy and Bwin and 888 back into the Live-Odds lineup
