Question about 5dimes......

A buddy of mine just tried to sign up at 5dimes.....he went through the process, entered his ****, etc and then got a message saying he needed to verify his identity BEFORE being allowed to make a **** deposit.

When I signed up I had no issues at all....I just entered my **** number and I was off to the races....he wants to get some bets in tonight, so I am going to send him Pinnacle's way.....but am I wrong about this verifying? I can see before a withdrawl, but this seems weird to me.

Any ideas of why this is?

Scratch what I wrote. If you use a cc they want a copy of drivers license and cc.

If you think about it, this is the way it should be done. When you have to verify yourself before cashing out, it's much easier to yank a bettor around. Do it upfront, minimal hoops to jump through, get it out of the way, and then "hopefully" no hassle to get your money. Seems ethical.

Got it...just frustrating for a guy that wanted to get up and going immediately......
