Deposited 400. Was down to 100 got back up to 427. Happy got back even/up 27 and called it quits. Requested payout Sunday 427. They have all documentation. They're saying takes 10 business days just to approve payout, then another 7 business days to get my money. 17 business days to get my money? Why so long? Industry standard is 1-2 days. Anyone play there? Are they financially solvent? What the hell takes 10 business days to approve? I am scared. They Shouldn't be back logged 20 days in payout process. Having trouble making payroll? Anyone have any payout history there? I played there bc they accept us players, and accept m card and Amex deposits aside from v card. Worried that they might not be financially solid if taking 21 days to pay people. Please post if you know anything about company or have played there or had payout.

they will pay but they are a scam casino that takes months. you should have went with a place with the same rtg software like manhattan slots, they pay check by courier in 3 days. back when the united states had ewallets used to get paid in a few hours. i played the smuck casino's many years ago hit one for 5k, they put me on an installment plan of $1000 payments, i recieved the thousand 3 months later, everytime i went to live chat they said they were back logged check back next friday. I lost the remaining money becuase i knew it would take a year to get anyway.Comment
