no they havent... ... they are usually lacking with their english... 5dimes cust. service gets a shitty rep because Tony gets on chat and tells assholes to fukk off and runs business like it should be ran... too many kids and jackoffs try to lie cheat and steal from them on a daily basis...
most people never have an issue at all with the customer service.
Female betting clerks there have an IQ of 78 on average. Heaven help you if you ask to bet a euro soccer game with one of them.

yep...also, a lot of times it comes from a player making a mistake and blaming the book for it... (not submitting bet, betting wrong side of a game, fukking up their rollover...then there are bots, multiple accts. and beards as well) bigtuna, there are too many ways to scam cheat and steal to mention...

Betting steam and off lines is not cheating !!!!!!! I love how books have OUR money and we need to cower to them at all times. They have all the obvious built in advantages, but that is not enough for these greedy SOB's.

Been with 5D ten years, never a problem, maybe that's because I enter the conversation with respect, and maintain respect during the whole conversation. Funny how when you are respectful you get respect back.

chargebacks is the only thing cheating here
The rest is a book offering a discounted price. They are the one offering a price on something. They shouldn't be pissed when a player takes it.

You know what happens when you take that attitude. Books get scared of posting a bad line, so they limit the number of options they give, less lines = less chance of having one wrong.
So if you want every book to offer nothing but day of major sports, then sure. But when people bet the kicker to have under 7 tackles, that's cheating, and they deserve to get caught.

I have been with them for years also, and never had a real problem. You just have to be smart. If you get the feeling the operator isn't sure about what she is telling you, then call back or ask for a manager. As was said earlier in this thread, if you treat them with respect and are nice, they will reciprocate. The problem is people like the guy on here who complained that he was banned and then posted his chat showing that he started off the conversation calling the operator a c*nt and telling her he hoped her family died of cancer (all because HE didn't read the VERY clear rules and thought he could get a free payout any day). It is unreal to me how self-entitled, rude and just plain horrible many gamblers can be when they are losing. I have won big and lost big from 5dimes, never had problems with attitude, getting money out or anything else.
BOTTOM LINE: If you take responsibility for your mistakes and actions and act appropriatly, you will not have problems with 5 dimes. If you are self-entitled windbag who expects something for nothing and can't admit your mistakes, you are going to have a problem with any site you play with.

Or, they actually do their job and don't offer wrong stuff.

Man, if you could take 5dimes wagering options, fast payouts, etc. and COMBINE that with the Customer Service of Bookmaker/DSi..... you would have one killer book!

It's because they work right next to Taco Bell, and all them horse meat fumes have been getting to them lately. Be patient with them.
Or maybe stop being a dick, and you'll find that they're rather pleasant to converse with.

I've been with 5Dimes 4 years and never had a problem. Although, if BM had reduced juice that would be my book of choice.

I've actually had a couple of conversations with 'Tony' where it was down right pleasant.
When he's nice, he's quite personable, he is a pretty quick wit.
