Any US Facing Books Take Betting on the Dow?

I Know Carib and 5 Dimes stopped about a year ago when the daily volatility was unbelievable, and 200 point swings were common in the last 10 minutes. Now that things have calmed down, I would hope they'd start it up again, but any others take it?
