betonline problem

hello everyone,
i notice there are a lot of problems associated with betonline in this forum, particularly in regards to their poker. i currently am experiencing a problem with their poker as well. about a month ago they cancelled my withdraws saying there is a poker review happening with my account. during this time they still allowed me to play but i cannot cashout at all. i have asked for information in regards to this and have received basically no info.
i have not even been accused of anything wrong.

*account in review, no reason given
*cannot cashout but can still use the account
*no info given to me
*been 1 month long now
*have not been accused of anything illegal

forums are probably the only thing that stands against players and operators, which is why i am posting this. will be filing a complaint now too. i hope spr can help me out

i have about 12k in my account.

File a complaint if it goes on too long. Never played poker on a strictly gambling site because I always hear about these problems if you do "too good"

update***
so betonline is finally accusing me of chip dumping!! surprise surprise, yet another betonline chip dumping allegation. my account has been closed and funds confiscated. last time i said i had 12k in my account since then i have won a further 6.5k making my balance 18.5k. the account was disabled today.
i have no idea what they are talking about and i am shocked to say the least. . i honestly hope this is just a big misunderstanding.......
can anyone whose been through this offer some advice? thanks

post on 2+2 forum and read past posts on betonline, you will find names of people there you can talk to, but you will have to be persistent.
