They are basically a scam. Stay away would be my advice. Try 5Dimes or pinnacle.

i heard about the limits and etc, but i just wanted to made quickly some money, nothing long term. I heard that they were paying quickly from a lot of members of the forum. What is your experience. they do not pay ? They only answer on live chat and tell me is been handled by the financial department. They don't answer any emails thought.

Relax, 2 days is nothing for bank transfers. Their e-wallet payouts are lightning fast.

Yeah but still The fact that they are ignoring me for 350 euros it says a lot. I wouldn't deposit several hundreds euro because of that attitude. Either way most bookmakers proceed immediately with payouts.

How do you expect to receive bank transfer in less then 2 days. Last 2 days were weekend,bank transfer dont go trough on this days.
On their site it says bank transfer 3-10 days(you should have on your mind it means working days without saturday and sunday).

son. i did not expect to receive in 2 days. But i expect to receive in 2 or 10 or 20 days if and when they PROCEED. That is the problem. They do not proceed. If they don't proceed i would not receive them in a 100 days.

They are great,usually they pay you out in 5-10 min.Contact their CS,you have live chat on the left bottom of the page.
I had same problem once,they tell me to send them my documents and utillity bill.
Probably they want make verification of your account too so send them your ID and utillity bill at:id@marathonbet.com and within 24 hours they ll make your payout without problems.

If you requested it through Skrill, you would receive it in few minutes, similar is with Neteller.My first withdrawal of 4k€ was processed instantly and without account verification.Can any book beat that?

So stupid complaint, get lost and come back when you have serious problem or something smart to tell.

I do send them all documents and were approved. But is been over 2 days and they are telling me that payout request is been handled by the financial department. How long does it take to proceed it. We are almost on 3rd day. They still do not proceed.

How do you know that they have started the process? Maybe they did that.

They have always paid me incredibly quickly - but using an e-wallet.

i know it takes max 10 days. But as i said earlier in order to receive them in 10 days they have to proceed. 3 days and still did not proceed? That is pretty annoying for me. in some companies in 3-4 days you receive them. If they do not proceed how am i going to receive them ?

You are annoying .They pay faster than Pinnacle . If you wanted fast payout ,you should go with Skrill or Neteller.

Well i'm just amazed how people like to complain with no reason at all. Did they say you won't get paid ? They did not. Does their site state that it takes 3-10 days to process your withdrawal via bank transfer ? It sure does. So i see no reason for writing words like "scam" before you have something to complain about. (i'm not saying you won't have, but at this moment you don't) . I really don't understand why someone who is so obsessed with withdrawal quickness don't make all your transfers via Moneybookers (or similar e-wallet)
