Tony of course went overboard with his response on chat(guy can't simply say, your gone, i'm not going to tolerate people talking to my employees like that). But definitely ship the OP packing. Classless trash at its finest. The guy on the other end is doing his job and whether you like there policies or not does not give you the right to rant like some hormoned up teenager whose parents grounded him. SHow some tact, class or civility. Hopefully you use this as a life lesson.

And boondoggle, if he was crushing him they would just boot him or limit him, they really don't need any reason at all. They can just ship him his money and say i'm sorry sir but your action is no longer welcome here.

Where did he say I will keep your money "because I can". Maybe I missed it but looks like the only time he mentioned keeping your money was when you inquired about committing fraud. He said you were no longer welcome at his site and you stated what if you snuck in by using a different ID. Basically fits the definition of fraud.

Yes. You (whatever your actual name is) is banned from ever playing at 5dimes again. Just like if I was booted from BkofAma for pulling some sort of scam, I could not open an account under John Doe and do it again, to do so is fraud, as DS said.

I actually do not like Tony at all, but he made the right move here. Trust us. Plus you will find threads like that about every book online if you search for them.

I get telemarketers calling all the time and i tell them the same thing - i talk about their mom, wish them a slow death etc... the same childish behavior that i did earlier today
yet they still call me and refuse to stop calling me even though i ask them in a nice polite manner

Treat others the way you want to be treated. If a CS rep says something about me, I'll go off on them, but I'm not going to fire the first arrow. Telemarketers suck, I just hang up the phone, or keep them on the phone for 30 minutes, and then say oh, sorry I am not interested.

I made withdrawal earlier in the week and noticed they charged me $35.
I questioned it. At first CS said thats the charge:$35
I questioned it asking if a withdraw was made over 30 days that it was free. 5 min later her response was "yes that was correct"
So i asked why wasnt my free
her reply was "because it wasnt made on Tuesday"
I questioned that response too about the Tuesday withdrawal date. 5 min later she said it has to be made on Tuesdays but over 30 days but that was only if 5 dimes thought the free withdrawal qualified

There seemed to be a 5 min delay between my questions and her responses.
Do you see where im going with this?

I asked if I can have the $35 credited back into my account but she immediately said no
so out of frustration i lashed out and everything else is history

next thing i knew 30 min into this conversation her reply was
