Question on establishing Sports Betting entity

Hey guys. Do you know the legal process to go through if I were to move overseas to establish a sports betting fund. Assuming I have 500k to bet with, and I want to do it legally, which country would be the best, and once I establish an entity, is it hard to make bets online like I currently do at a 5Dimes or DSI?

Currently located in the US so trying to do this legally.

5D and Bookmaker have always been happy dealing with me in Australia. Can't imagine either will care what you do as they already deal with US people as you know.

Other regulated international books will be tougher if you intend to try to place bets from within US.

This would have to be something completely legal though, not a legal gray area like the US. And it'd be a large amount of money, so I couldn't risk it getting yanked for any reason.
