i hate betphoniex, never had a problem with rollovers in the t&c's but i am not used to max cashout rules, I read the rollover once and assumed it had no max cashout on a casino bonus, was disappointing. They are big on 30 day holds on freeplays too. I agree they suck but what makes them a scam book?

just bet at legends, they are the only book that won't keep you on hold for 30 mins to make a withdrawal

Heritage takes less than 5 mins for entire call.

5 minutes... man that is great. Nothing like wasting 20 or 30 minutes with a mentally challenged individual, that usually is a day changer for me and not in a good way.

Proabably less than that. You give acct number, pass word, amount and method. THey are very professional.

Call them for a withdrawal? wtf? im certainly spoiled on other places where I just enter a withdrawal request via the site and done.

Heritage lets you enter the request as well. I just never bothered to do it that way.
