definetly shady as hell if it was not stated clearly in the email about it. I was actually excluded from the promo and went to live help and told them that was BS they don't wanna throw a $25 coin toss promo after all the money i've lost there and they gave it to me aND never told about terms and conditions, I assumed there would be a roll over but never new about this rule.

but to be fair they are pretty generous and seem to pay fast, i will continue to deposit there.

That's the main reason why I wanted to post this, just to let others know about the max payout. I was never made aware of any terms or conditions in an email or text, guess they just assume you would go and look at them yourself (little shady, you're right). I'm just glad I asked when I did and not after I ran it up a few grand....that would've been disgusting....200$ not that big of a deal.

Overall my experience has been good with them as well.

As far as your sportsbook issue.. u probably should have asked first.. knowing there would be a max cashout on a freebet like that (typically). but now its too late anyway.

GTBets is a joke. They restricted me to cash only deposits because I held them up to a bonus that they had promised me.

true, i am a losing player there and excluded from the weekly newsletter/promo's. So my question for the OP was was this clearly stated in the T&C's of the promo in the email?

The promo was sent to me a couple hours before kickoff via text. The only thing the text mentioned was "respond heads or tails with your account ID and win 25$ to be added to your account within 24 hrs". No T&C's were mentioned at all. I was made aware of the terms after I won another wager and inquired via live chat on my own.

i have recieved loyalty comps from them before i probably should have cashed out $150 many times, never new this rule.

Hit up double-reload cash bonus on Saturday. 40% cash bonus and very, very easy to meet rollover requirements. This shop is very generous with their promos and I will continue to use them as my top 3 out. I guess some things happen for good reasons. I would have never signed up at Gtbets if it wasn't for BI taken off with my money.

One more thing- just wanted to say that ONE Victor Igloo Cat has to be the shadiest book I have come across in my offshore venture.
