Good Book with Cheap Withdrawals?

I currently use Bovada and just make simple 1 Unit=$20 bucks ranging from 1 unit-5 units per bet. Looking for a good online book (US Friendly) where they don't charge high withdrawal rates. Wanted 5Dimes but really don't like the $50 dollar fee to cash out...
