Why am I waiting for games to be graded?

Is this common practice?
I'm new to online bookies.
I made 2 bets yesterday on Swansea at Sunderland
one straight bet for a draw
one prop bet for exact score 0:0

my straight draw bet was settled, but my prop bet is being graded by the Wagering department. I'm talking about a little $10 bet to win $85. I want the credit because more games tonight. So why am I waiting for the games to be graded?
Is this common practice by Bookmaker.eu?

Tell them your pissed it's taking forever they will probably give you a credit ontop of that

I'm guessing, but maybe because it was a prop bet I have to wait until all games are finished for the week.
I was paid today about 8 hours after the last game of the week finished.

Same thing happened to me with my probowl bet at bookmaker.

Props can take longer... just the way it is... annoying to say the least. Many services have one guy on props and he is in charge of setting them and grading them and because of this it can sometimes be a less than speedy grading time.
