I've heard rumors of bookmaker taking them over the phone. So any CRIS book might do it, not sure though. Also a $50 min. bet if I recall correctly.

just bet on your first selection straight up. if you win take your stake plus the winnings and bet them on your next selection, and so on and on. Its the same result as an open parlay, and you can play anywhere you like.

Bookmaker does have open parlays online. Not sure who all they accept.
