I am thinking of opening an account with BetDSI and would appreciate any info from people who have played there.

#4Lines are very vanilla. Less options and no reduced juice as compared to 5dimes. But the customer service is phenomenal and you don't have to deal with Tony. They also are part of CRIS who as far as I know has never stiffed anyone. The website is nice, and live betting is fairly good. My personal #1 book.Comment -

#5Thanks for taking the time to reply, would you rather bet at BetDsi or 5Dimes?....I am currently at Betonline so either would probably be an upgrade.Comment -

#6I can 2nd the great customer service at DSI. I've never played at 5D, but overall I'm happy at DSI. I only wish they offered reduced juice lines.Comment -

#7I originally only played at DSI. But if you are going to only join one, probably 5dimes. 2nd half ML's are nice to have and DSI doesn't offer them. I think DSI is still offering a 100% FP until the end of the football season, and 5dimes just has reduced juice as its best bonus. Post up at both and decide what you like for yourself is my advice.Comment -

#10Bonuses from moneybookers deposits would be nice. Its a pain to get to the post office to do a p2p deposit.Comment -

#11I have accounts at both. Both are OK but for a non U.S player definitely 5dimes. Better odds, quicker payout, no fees.Comment -

#13I like DSI better better bonus , and the last time i played at any which was around 2 years back the payout time was just about the same between the books.
5d is one fo the best shops around for a US player when it comes to sports options and offerings though.Comment -

#17DSI does payout but for example, when I requested a payout by cheque, the fee was $65 which was crazy. Spoke with a manager and he cut that in half which was a nice gesture.Comment -

#18Chris so safe.... fees a little high but it never hurts to ask for a break... at any service especially one you have been with for a while. Lines a little vanilla, reminds me of JustBet but is a very safe out and the customer service is tops...Comment -
